SUNDAY DINNER


Our dinner on Sunday - chicken- roasted on salt, "pita" - a type of bread, French fried and sauce "Thousand Islands"

GARLIC BREAD



For the dough:

500g flour
250 ml tepid water
7 g instant yeast
3 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt

For the flavor oil:

Mix some oil(70ml) with garlic, parsley and other spices to your taste.


Mix and knead together the inggredients to make an elastic dough and set it to rise about 30min.
Devide the dough in 16 peaces and form knots. Let them rest 20min. Bake in a preheat oven (180°C).
When they get ready, brush them with dhe flavor oil and cover them for 10min.
