Our dinner on Sunday - chicken- roasted on salt, "pita" - a type of bread, French fried and sauce "Thousand Islands"

how do u mean roasted on salt? yummy. did you use chicken salt?

I put in the baking dish 1kg sea salt. Then I put the chicken with the brust down on the salt and roast in the oven. When the chicken ist almost ready, I turn it and roast 10 minits.
